Should we decide we can begin working with each other there are some agreements we need to talk about.

All appointments will be charged, unless 24 hour cancellation is given. Should either of us not be able to make the appointment because of illness or emergency then an alternative appointment will be given.

I will give plenty of notice when I am to take holidays and you will also let me know about appointments that may be missed.

Payment will be made at the end of each session.

That we both keep to our commitment to meeting. This is equally important for both.

That we both respect the other and the room that we meet in.

That you will be able to contact me outside of working hours if it has been agreed upon. If contact takes longer than 15 minutes it will be charged at the agreed rate.

Any major changes that you are thinking of making in the course of therapy, that it be discussed during session.

Should you need to have letters written on your behalf they will be charged at the normal hourly rate.
